All items are made to order. This means your product is created especially for you after your purchase is placed — so please allow a little extra time for production before shipping begins.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before they are shipped.
During holidays, new launches, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address used during checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please first contact the carrier using your tracking number. You're also welcome to reach out to us at pauline@housefullofpaws.shop and we'll do everything we can to help resolve the situation. 🐾
