Refund and Return Policy

At House Full of Paws, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or selecting the wrong colour.

We kindly ask that you review all product details, sizing charts, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love everything you receive from House Full of Paws! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. We will always do our best to make it right! 🐾

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at pauline@housefullofpaws.shop with your order number and clear photos of the item received. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Size Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we are unfortunately unable to offer size exchanges. Please check the sizing chart carefully before ordering — if you're unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help!

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production can begin very quickly after an order is placed.
