When will my order ship?
All of our products are made to order especially for you! Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its journey to your door. 🐾
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, wrong colour choice, or change of mind. We encourage you to check the sizing chart carefully before ordering — and if you're unsure, please contact us before placing your order and we'll happily help!
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at pauline@housefullofpaws.shop within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase as production can begin very quickly after an order is placed. After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at pauline@housefullofpaws.shop with your order number.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at pauline@housefullofpaws.shop with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet entered production or been shipped, we will do our very best to update it for you.
Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, so do double check before confirming your order!
My package says delivered but I don't have it. What should I do?
Oh no — don't panic! Here's what to try first:
- Check with neighbours or other household members
- Check any safe spots the carrier may have left it (porch, garage, side gate)
- Check with your local post office or delivery depot
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
If you've tried all of the above and still can't locate your package, please email us at pauline@housefullofpaws.shop and we'll do everything we can to help resolve it.
Do you offer custom orders?
At this time we do not offer custom orders. However if you have a specific request or idea, feel free to drop us an email at pauline@housefullofpaws.shop — we'd love to hear from you and may be able to help in the future! 🐾
What size should I order?
Please check the sizing chart listed on each individual product page before ordering as sizes can vary between products and styles.
As a general guide:
- For a relaxed, cozy fit — size up
- For a more fitted look — choose your usual size
Our Comfort Colors products in particular tend to have a lovely relaxed fit that our customers love!
How should I care for my item?
To keep your House Full of Paws products looking their best for as long as possible:
- Wash inside out
- Use cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly over the design
Following these care instructions will help your design stay vibrant and your garment stay soft wash after wash! 🐾
